1. Overview
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Sentral ID subscriptions and business verification. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. All payments are non-refundable — you stay in control by cancelling whenever you choose.
2. All sales are final
Subscription fees and verification fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused time, including the remainder of a billing period after you cancel or downgrade.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancelling stops future billing. Your plan, Trust Profile, and access continue through the end of the current paid period, after which your account moves to the free tier — your account and history stay, and you can reactivate anytime.
4. Verification
Verification work begins as soon as you submit an application. Verification fees are non-refundable, including where a business chooses not to complete the process.

6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
