Sentral ID provides business verification, public Trust Profiles, and impersonation monitoring tools. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sentral ID.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your account.

3. What verification means

Verification confirms that we have checked the official identity details you provided. It is a signal of legitimacy, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that a verified business will never be impersonated, nor that any third party is trustworthy.

4. Monitoring and reporting

Our monitoring detects, documents, and tracks potential impersonation. We do not remove third-party pages or content; removal decisions are made by the relevant platforms. We provide guidance and templates, but cannot guarantee any specific outcome or timeframe.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to harass, defame, or make knowingly false reports.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the Services or their infrastructure.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your authority to act for a business.
• Do not use the Services to facilitate fraud or any unlawful activity.

6. Public reports

When you submit a report, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Reports may be reviewed, retained, and shared with affected businesses or platforms. We may rate-limit or decline reports to prevent abuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Sentral ID name, badge, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the verified badge only as provided and only while verified.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that monitoring will detect every threat.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from impersonation, fraud, or third-party conduct.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
